Service class to be mapped for Build Jobs

There is a number of jobs in the Build programme being incorrectly marked as MDU under the Service Class in ST3. The class allocated in ST3 is not the same as the class defined in iTools - please see the attached spreadsheet that shows the examples (there are 380) where the class in iTools is different to what is coming through in ST3.

There are also cases where the Service Class in ST3 is blank.
