Adding additional fields to Toolbox Meeting template

Can we please have a field added to toolbox meetings in St3 with the capability to select the purpose of the meeting as listed below,

• Toolbox Meeting

• CSE Meeting

• Worker Welfare Catch-up

• DP Workshop

The option should be mandatory, users can only select 1 and be in to area highlighted in the screenshot below.
