Zero value RCTI's are causing DP confusion




After Go Live with ST3 there are a number of Zero rated RCTI’s. On the whole these are jobs that were claimed in ST1. But having the values in ST3 is causing confusion with the DP’s and also within Billing.



We need to look to remove these from ST3 to remove the confusion.
