RCTI Status - Ability for Billing Team and Delivery Partners to easily view the SOR RCTI Status in each job.

The proposed change would allow ST3 users to see the status of an SOR. If the SOR was unpaid they could see which "Accounts Payable" stage it's currently in. If the SOR was paid - the invoice number would be shown. At the same time the DPP desktop version would be updated for the DP to be able to have an "Accounts Payable Search" to easily locate an SOR and the stage it's currently in without having to check each RCTI stage one by one..
