Ability to open/expand photos from the SOR Variation Form in siteTrax.

Currently, in order to view photos supporting a DP's claim in the SOR Variation form we have to PDF the document rather than clicking directly on the photo. Opening the photo directly from the photo would streamline the process for the FMs/RMs. Thank you

We need to also be able to download as well as view attachments.
