Adding Low Risk Activity section into JPS

HSEQ team wants to add a new section in the current JPS in Mobile App called Low-Risk activity just after the Crew Information and show the options below under this section.

• SDU (no Permit)

• Scope & Survey

• Inside Move

If the DP select any of the options from the Low-Risk Activity then they should be able to submit the JPS without any further details to be ented in.
