EUP field to be editable in SiteTRAX/Workflow view

The EUP count in the SiteTRAX / Workflow view needs to be editable like it was in ST1. It is currently in a screen we don't want allow everyone to have access to so need a way to be able to update the field once the EUP count is validated by the field
